The Cheadle-based agency was appointed by the Post Office to design and develop an interactive website for Integrated Mailing Solutions (IMS) – a specialist business communications division that provides a range of confidential and secure services including mail opening, printing, fulfilment, document scanning and data capture to businesses throughout the UK and Internationally.
The dynamic website encourages users to interact directly with IMS, providing a wealth of information and case studies on its hugely successful business offering. Judith Ross, Head of Fresh Interactive, commented: “As IMS provides important services to a wide range of businesses, it was essential to develop a website which reflected its professional standards in order to instil confidence amongst potential customers. “Our aim was to design a modern website that’s easy to navigate, whilst also providing extensive information, which is highly accessible and right at the finger tips of busy end users.”
Lisa Duckworth, Commercial Director at the Isle of Man Post Office, commented: “We’re delighted with the new website that Fresh Interactive has created for us. It provides an excellent platform to promote our commercial activities to customers regardless of where they are based in the world. "The feedback we have already received from customers has been excellent. We are currently developing some exciting new products and will be working with Fresh to develop the website further in the coming months.”
The latest website is one of a number of high-profile projects for Fresh Interactive – a specialist in the design and development of web-based applications and interactive communications, whose clients include Santander, New Look and AEP. Last month, the division launched an entertaining incentives website for French motoring giant, Peugeot. It was appointed by Europe’s second largest carmaker to design a state-of-the-art web portal for nationwide dealership staff, featuring an interactive rally challenge game. Nick Porter, managing director of Fresh Group, commented: “Fresh Interactive continues to push the boundaries when it comes to cutting-edge website design and development. Once again, the team has delivered a fantastic site that perfectly suits the client’s every need.”
