Nobody likes to think about business disasters, but they happen. That's why you need – or perhaps already have – a business continuity strategy. We can play our part in that strategy by providing a complete mail back-up service with security to ISO/IEC 27001:2005.
No business can afford its mail flow to falter
We may all use email these days, but the post is still a primary communication channel for most businesses and any significant disruption to issue and receive mail can threaten your survival. We can provide a backup service on a contractual basis, to give you seamless support in the event of an emergency, ensuring that your mail service to clients is maintained – whatever happens.
The continuity of our own business is also well protected
IMS and Isle of Man Post Office have an offsite DR facility 15 minutes drive from our Headquarters, which we own. The backup data facility is a real time mirror and the whole process is tested three to four times per year. Our objective is for our network to be up and running within 4 hours of arrival at the site, ensuring continuity of all our services to customers.
