Tony Randle – IMS General Manager

Tony has worked with Isle of Man Post Offices’ top clients for over eight years and with the Isle of Man Post Office for over 20 years. Before taking on the General Manager role, he was Business Relationship Manager for Isle of Man Post Office and, before that, a manager within our Operational Division. Tony has a broad range of experience in dealing with inward and outward mail flows, mail operations and advising clients on the most effective and efficient ways to outsource their mailings.

Mark Croasdale – IMS Manager

Mark has been IMS Manager since 2008 and has a wealth of knowledge in customer service, account management, staff management and work planning. He coordinates the smooth day-to-day running of IMS, ensuring work schedules are prioritised, maintaining good customer relationships and guaranteeing that our ISO/IEC 27001:2005 security standards are maintained. Before he joined IMS Mark worked for a group of companies based in the UK specialising in niche transport, travel and logistics solutions for moving people.
